Used to live about 80 percent of the population in the country and were farmers or grew their own vegetables and fruit. After a hopefully rich harvest in the winter, people were dependent, here it came to simple survival. So the harvest was celebrated with an appropriately hard.Today is the Thanksgiving show people that it is not so clear that one has always something to eat.In today's throwaway society, people no longer know how hard it is to order for the daily bread of the field. Everything has become easier. For Thanksgiving, the food should be honored and remembered that the consumer surplus was not always as common as today and that there are countries where people still go hungry.
